Fluffee provides an easy, reliable and efficient service for all products under our warranty.

Our distributors, partners, sellers and re-sellers should provide after-sale services directly to their customers. If your Fluffee product has a warranty-related issue, please contact the seller from whom you purchased the product. You should provide all relevant order information, such as warranty cards, invoices, receipts, etc.

We’ve worked hard to create a set of essentials that are durable and lasting. That’s why nearly all of our items are protected by a limited one-year warranty. Sure, wear and tear happens, especially when pets are involved, but If the items you’ve ordered aren’t performing as they should within a year of purchase, we’ll fix or replace them free of charge.
